Sophia Byanaku
Founder & Managing Director
A Visionary Leader and Change Specialist. Advocating for Excellence and Efficiency with over 16 years of expertise in providing change management and leadership support for the Medical Health Services. She is a Global Health and Diplomacy Fellow and Holder of a Master in Health Policy, Planning, and Management. She Founded the Doctors Plaza Poly Clinic Limited in 2012, a facility providing health services.

Dr. Adam Bura (MD)
Program Coordinator
Compassionate Medical Doctor with over 10 years of professional experience as Medical Doctor, dedicated to safe, quality care provisions for optimized patient experiences. He holds Medical Doctor degree from Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences, with extensive experience in handling varied portering duties from clinical care of patients to administrative skills.

Mtooh Magembe
Finance Manager
A proficient business management professional with over 8 years experience in corporate Accounting and Financial management. She is a holder of Bachelor of Commerce (Finance), KCA University, Nairobi, Kenya and holds a Masters of Science in Accounting and Finance, Mzumbe University. She has dedicated her career in helping organizations shape their financial management and growth.

Prof. Mohamed Janabi (MD, MSc, PhD)
Board Member
Prof. Janabi holds MD, MSc., PhD. and he is a Fellow of American College of Cardiology (FACC). He is also a Certified Aviation Medical Examiner by the Federal Aviation Authority FAA-USA. Currently he is the CEO at Jakaya Kikwete Cardiac Institute and the Head, Physician to former President of United Republic of Tanzania 2005 to date. He is also the Faculty member and Lecturer at Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS) and Faculty member of Medical University of South Carolina, USA.
Prof. Janabi was the Senior Researcher Scientist HIV Vaccine Trial (TaMoVac) 1998-2002, and Medical Director at the Madaktari Africa, a USA based NGO (Tanzania), he is also a Board member SUA 2015-to date). He has made 45 publications to date and in the Sports sector, He is the Board Member of Simba Sports Club Limited.
